Many owners of vacation rental property have only one unit, so it is in their best interests to convince you to rent their house. Rental agencies have many properties, but usually are less personal, and charge higher prices than you would pay in direct dealings with owners. SANTA FE SOJOURNS combines the best of both! You will have a large selection of houses, objectivity on our part (because we know that we will have at least one that is a perfect fit for you); and, once you are in a particular house, your dealings will be direct with the owner of that property. You can return again and again to that house, OR choose to stay at other properties in our group. As a repeat guest, you will enjoy certain advantages.

Our houses generally fall into four categories. Our CLASSIC ADOBES ARE in the historic area, characterized by beautiful furnishings and the typical southwestern architectural features and design touches. These may be old or new adobes, with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They will also include kitchen, living and dining rooms, courtyard and parking. We call the largest houses, MOUNTAIN HACIENDAS . These may in IN the mountains, or will be located in town, with stunning mountain views. They are all characterized by having at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as spacious comon areas--living room, family room, decks, courtyard, kitchen etc. They will accommodate a party of 6 to 8 adults, with some possibility for children. Our HOUSES AND CONDOS group includes 2 and 3 bedroom (and 2 bath) properties, which are usually located within walking distance to the Plaza, mostly on the north and west sides of the historic area. They will have all the usual common rooms, courtyards, parking and will include all almenities. Lastly, our BUDGET group includes one bedroom casitas, guesthouse and 2-bedroom houses and condos which may be located further from the center. They will provide all common rooms, kitchens, outdoor space and all furnishings necessary for your vacation.
